1. Who we are

StrideScale Inc. (“StrideScale”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a retail brokerage. We represent consumer brands and connect them with retail buyers across our network — boutiques, gift shops, restaurants and cafés, wellness stores, specialty grocers, and more. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the brokerage services we provide to the brands we represent.

2. The short version

  • We do not sell your data to anyone.
  • We keep the details of your brand, your pricing, and our buyer relationships confidential.
  • We may use cookies on our website to understand usage and improve the site — and where consent is required, we will inform you and ask for it beforehand.
  • Information you provide remains yours. We use it only to represent your brand and deliver the services you engaged us for.

3. Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

  • Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or work with us, you may provide your name, email, company, and the contents of your messages.
  • Brand information you share with us. To represent your brand, you may share business information such as your product line, pricing and wholesale terms, sell sheets, samples, and existing retail accounts.
  • Usage information. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect technical and usage data such as device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, including through cookies and similar technologies.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our services and website;
  • To communicate with you, respond to requests, and provide support;
  • To represent your brand to buyers and manage those relationships on your behalf;
  • To understand how our website is used so we can improve it;
  • To maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse; and
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. Cookies and tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies on our website to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure usage so we can improve it. Where consent is required by law, we will inform you and request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your data. We may share information only in limited cases:

  • Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, or scheduling) under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only as needed to provide our services.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Data ownership and retention

The brand information you provide remains your property. We retain information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. On request or at the end of an engagement, we will return or delete your information, except for archival copies kept for legal or compliance purposes.

8. Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including access controls and cybersecurity measures — designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at sri@startstridescale.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
